Add Notes To A Slide
To add notes to a slide, simply click in the Notes pane, below the selected slide in Normal view.
Note text can be formatted using the text formatting tools in the Formatting toolbar.- Are the notes meant to aid you or someone else deliver a presentation? If so, they may not need to be very formal.
- Are they meant to be an alternate delivery format of the content of your presentation? For example, might they be used by students who missed a lecture? If so, you might want to create notes in a more formal narrative style.

- by selecting Speaker Notes in Slide Show view
