Navigating a Presentation
To display your presentation, select
Slide Show view in one of two ways:
- Click the Slide Show view icon in the lower left of the screen.
- Go to the View menu and choose Slide Show.
In Slide Show view, a single slide fills the computer screen.
To advance to the next slide, you can:
- Click the mouse button.
- Press the spacebar.
- Press the ENTER key.
- Press the right arrow key.
The
Slide Show menu lets you navigate to the next or previous slide, jump to another slide in the presentation, or end the show. It also lets you reveal your notes and set options for the pointer and screen display.
To access the Slide Show menu, do one of two things:
- Click on the icon in the lower left of the screen.
- Right-click the mouse (Windows) or Cntl-click (Mac).
