What's Next
While this workshop should give you a good start on creating effective PowerPoint presentations, there is much more that the applicaton can do for you.
PowerPoint Help is a good source of easy to follow, step-by-step instructions for many tasks. Here's a quick way to access Help:
- Type a question in the text box that appears at the top right of the PowerPoint screen.
- Choose one of the topics that Help suggests or refine your question.
- Another way to access Help is through the Help menu:
- This opens the Help system, which you can access through one of three tabs:
- Contents: This tab allows you to search through a Table of Contents organized in a collapsible directory structure.
- Answer Wizard: Enter a question in a text box, and help presents you with a list of possible topics.
- Index: Enter a keyword, and Help presents you with a list of possible topics.
Help pages can be printed out for easy reference.
