Many students find the time they really need to speak with their professors is usually not during day-time office hours, but more often at night when studying. Come to the EdTech Talk to hear engineering professor Sue Freeman describe the considerable success and occasional pitfall she's experienced offering IM office hours. For the past few years Professor Freeman has added to traditional office hours by communicating with her students online through AIM.
