Research & Development

The EdTech Center conducts research and development to understand the technology landscape and take advantage of effective new technologies. EdTech designers and programmers use innovative open source solutions to increase functionality of Web applications. We then help faculty implement these new technologies in their teaching and research.

To help disseminate new ideas, we publish columns about our research into new tools and ways to extend uses of older tools, and we hold an annual Tech Trends day to show off ways faculty can apply them pedagogically.
